Fixed Ring Debarkers

In a fixed ring debarker, the machine feedworks automatically lifts and centers (both vertically and horizontally) each incoming log to the fixed ring centerline. In contrast to the sliding ring type debarker, fixed ring debarkers utilize a series of mechanically linked (relative to the ring/debarker centerline) feedrolls. This arrangement provides the capability for much higher debarking feed speeds and production piece count productivity as log gap can be consistently minimized.
Fixed ring debarkers are ideally suited wherever medium to high speed debarking is required.
